Payment Terms

All payments for our live streaming courses and services must be made in Australian Dollars (AUD) via approved methods. Payments are processed securely at the time of booking or subscription.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available under specific circumstances. If a live stream is cancelled due to technical issues on our end, a full refund will be issued. Requests for refunds due to viewer dissatisfaction must be submitted within 7 days of the event.

Eligibility for Refunds

• Technical failures preventing access to the broadcast.
• Duplicate payments made in error.
• Services not delivered as described in the course outline.

Non-Refundable Items

Payments for completed live streams or digital materials already accessed are non-refundable. No refunds for cancellations made by the customer after the stream has commenced.
